All products sold by Shooting And Outdoor Supply are new unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Returns: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are not refunded. If your order shipped free, the shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund.
Opened items: Opened items that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be complete and undamaged. Installed or used parts may be refused.
Defective items or our mistake: If an item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, we will refund or replace it with no restocking fee, and we will cover the return shipping.
Final sale: Ammunition, clearance items, and any item that cannot legally be shipped back to us are final sale. Cancelled special orders are subject to a 15% fee.
How to return: An RMA number is required before sending anything back. Request a return by logging into your account and selecting the "Return Items" tab, or email sales@saosupply.com with your order number, best phone and email, the item(s) you are returning, the reason, and whether you would like a refund, store credit or exchange. Write your order number on the outside of the box.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. Store credit or an exchange is also available. Do not send any products back without an RMA number.
